If we long to believe that the stars rise and set for us,that we are the reason there is a Universe, does sci-ence do us a disservice in deflating our conceits?Carl SaganStella Asia Consonni, photographer based inLondon and Milan, has got an almost child-likefascination for everyday objects, their workingand how they relate to us in the most basictasks of our life. An apple, a lid, a tangerinecertainly holds a greater influence on humanbeings than the trajectory of the Sun. Theseobjects and the subtle threads which coexistbetweeen them -the space they occupy- createtheir own universe, the one that really mattersto us.
